Graduate Student

Evelyn Santana recently graduated from California State University, Northridge as a BUILD PODER Scholar with her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Currently, she is a second-year student in the Masters of Arts in Psychological Research Program at CSULB. Her research is investigating the effects of perceived stress reactivity on diurnal cortisol patterns in low-income pregnant women.

Research Interests: pregnancy, women’s health, cortisol, stress
