Dr. Johnson and the PRO-Health Research Program have collaborated on the Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies Project which examined laboratory-based cortisol reactivity profiles among ethnic minority, pregnant women. We are also working together on a new cortisol reactivity study investigating the role of racism and shame on the cortisol profiles of African-American women.
